Introducing three standing yogasanas in this sequence, before the start of these asanas, go through the basic rules.

  1. Trikonasana / Parivrutha Trikonasana
  2. Ardhakati chakrasana
  3. Veerabadrasana

Trikonasana In Sanskrit ‘Trikona’ means triangle and ‘asana’ means pose. This asana pose looks like a triangle shape. The body will be stretched such way it forms a triangle.

It has two forms triangle (Trikona) and twisted triangle (Parivrutha Trikona) the following videos show how to do this asana. It improves the wellness of the body.
